Chocolate açaí cake

Base: 120 grams of walnuts, 40 grams of cacao powder, 60 grams of pitted dates.

Filling: 4 scoops Fair Berry açaí, 90 grams of cashews, 4 small overripe bananas, 80ml of water and half a squeezed lemon.

Toppings: Chocolate shavings andedible flowers

Instructions: Blend the walnuts and cacao powder until fine, then add the dates and blend again until the mixture clumpstogether. You can add some water if it’s not sticking together.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a small springform cake pan

Clean out the blender and add all the filling ingredients, and blend until smooth and creamy then pour the filling into the cake pan. Place the cake into the freezer for about 2-3hours.

Remove cake from freezer and decorate as desired. Enjoy your delicious açaícake!
